    Information and Updates

    Back-to-School Form
Did you forget to complete a Back-to-School Form for your student? It’s not too late! All families must complete a form for each of their returning students. By submitting your form, you help make it possible for TPS to:

    1. Provide free meals to students
    2. Ensure that the district receives the correct resources to support all students’ learning
    3. Connect students with additional services and resources (such as Title X, part C, the McKinney-Vento Assistance Act)
    4. Communicate important updates with the updated contact information that you provide

Complete your form by logging into enroll.tulsaschools.org. If you have not created an account in the new SchoolMint enrollment system since July 1, you will need to do so in order to begin. You can find step-by-step instructions here.

Supporting students through the One Team Ambassador Program

As a community, we all have a role to play when it comes to developing a strong, thriving Tulsa. We’re looking for ambassadors who can support students through various duties in our schools and help our students feel seen, valued, and encouraged by members of the community. If you’re interested in becoming an ambassador, register at www.tulsaschools.org/ambassador.

Open House at the Parent Resource Center
Tulsa Public Schools is excited and proud to invite families to an Open House at our newly-renovated Parent Resource Center at 525 E. 46th St. N. on Thursday, August 28 from 1-4pm. We hope you’re able to join us for a tour of our building and connect with partner agencies providing access to important resources. You can learn more about the Parent Resource Center at www.tulsaschools.org/PRC.

Free WiFi hotspot through Tulsa Responds
Tulsa Responds helps support Tulsa families by providing resources like free tax filing, benefits enrollment services, and access to other essential services. They are currently helping provide free WiFi hotspots to households with students in pre-K through 12th grade without reliable internet access at home. You can call Tulsa Responds at 918-900-0918 to complete a short application over the phone.

FAFSA graduation requirement for class of 2026 seniors
Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is a state-mandated graduation requirement. All seniors must complete it (or submit an opt-out form) in order to graduate. To support our class of 2026 seniors in meeting this requirement, we’ll be holding free FAFSA Information Sessions over the next several months. Our staff can help you create your FSA ID number onsite so that you’re ready to complete the FAFSA once it opens in October. Once the FAFSA opens, we can even help you complete it! Funding is awarded on a first come, first served basis, so you should plan to submit yours as soon as it is available.

Join us for our first information session on Thursday, Sept. 18 from 4-7pm at the Education Service Center at 3027 S. New Haven Ave.

    Stay in touch with TPS
Tulsa Public Schools uses the SchoolMessenger platform to keep families updated on important district news, inclement weather closings, and more! SchoolMessenger has the ability to send text notifications to your phone so that you can access the information even quicker. To ensure that you’re opted in to receive our text messages, please complete the following steps:

    1. Contact your school or our Enrollment Center to confirm that your contact information is up to date. (If you recently updated your info via our Back to School Form, you can skip this step.)
    2. Use a cell phone number that we have on file to text the word Yes to 67587.
