Adjunct/Volunteer Coaching Steps

1. The employment process must be completed each year.
2. Apply online. All adjunct or volunteer coaches are required to complete a background check and drug test each year.

3. Complete care/prevention of athletic injuries certificate: First Aid, Health, and Safety Course
4. Complete annual courses: Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Heat Illness, Concussion
5. All first year coaches must take Fundamentals of Coaching
6. Complete Protecting Students from Abuse course
7. Complete TPS Awareity training
8. You are not allowed to coach until all requirements have been met and you have received a final confirmation email from the district.

All certificates should be emailed to the site athletic director.
