Where to Get Immunizations

The Tulsa Health Department offers comprehensive immunization clinical services to protect individuals and the community from vaccine-preventable diseases. Clinics are staffed by licensed healthcare professionals who provide education, administer vaccines and maintain immunization records. Walk-in services are available on certain days, but an appointment is recommended. Click here to find THD clinic locations and schedule an appointment.

The Caring Van will be at sites around Tulsa providing free immunizations to students. Check the calendar for dates.

Exemption

Oklahoma law requires evidence of adequate immunizations for each child attending school. Children with specific medical contraindications to any immunizations may be allowed to attend if the medical reason is signed by a licensed physician and submitted to the school. Parents may apply for an exemption based on religious or personal beliefs. For questions, please call Oklahoma Health Department at (405) 426-8580 or come to TPS Health & Wellness office, TPS Enrollment Center, Room 230.

More information regarding immunization exemptions from the Oklahoma State Department of Health can be found here. (Exenciones de inmunización)
